Network Management Network Commander
Network Commander is our network management software that allows non-technical team members to make high level changes to your network. Main functions include applying VLANs to individual switch ports, managing bandwidth per VLAN, network equipment backups, and individual wireless account management connecting wireless users to individual VLANs.
Our network management platform was developed for use in Shared Workspace environments, but is also a great fit for any business that needs to change VLANs assigned to switch ports frequently or needs a way to view or record details about the way switches are configured. You can use this as a living port map, documentation about the use of Public IP addresses, and more.
We have expanded this to store information about your internet circuits (ISPs), service providers, and utility providers. This gives you a central location to reference in emergencies. We also have highly customizable permissions levels to allow people read-only or edit permissions for each section. Everything is simplified to make it easy for technically challenged team members to become powerful assets in your network management.

"After years of dealing with a slow, unresponsive tech group that did the bare minimum to get us by, we took the advice of a friend and gave Tech The Right Way a try. You guys were thorough and proactive from the start and haven't let us down yet! Thank you for the last 3 years."
