Manny - IT Specialist
Born and raised in Houston, TX, Manny has been passionate about technology since childhood, getting his first computer at just 8 years old. This passion led him to pursue a career in IT, where he has been working since 2018. He earned his associate’s degree in computer science from HCC and is currently working toward a bachelor’s degree at University of Houston-Downtown.
Inderjit - Full Stack Developer
Inderjit brings a wealth of experience to the Tech The Right Way (TRW) team as a Full Stack Web and Mobile Developer with 15 years of expertise in building enterprise-level applications and online systems.
Misty - Marketing Director
Misty Walton is the in-house Marketing Director for Phones the Right Way, where she also actively answers calls for the Call Center. With an extensive background as a hairstylist, Misty has developed a natural talent for understanding people’s needs and building genuine relationships.
Katherine - Lead Switchboard Operator
At PTRW, Katherine serves as our Lead Switchboard Operator and Operator Trainer, where she has spent the past two years mastering the art of customer service and gaining deep insight into the industry.

Known for her quick learning and genuine passion for people, Kellie thrives in environments where connection and communication are key. She has an innate ability to understand her clients’ needs and deliver thoughtful, tailored solutions.
Shayla - Call Center Supervisor / Sales Lead
Shayla is truly the “jack of all trades” at PTRW. Whether she’s answering calls, supervising shifts, scheduling callers for clients, or collaborating with upper management on special projects, Shayla does it all – and now she’s stepping into a leadership role within our sales department. She wears many hats: yet consistently brings positivity and energy to her team.
