Whether she’s answering calls, supervising shifts, scheduling callers for clients, or collaborating with upper management on special projects, Shayla does it all – and now she’s stepping into a leadership role within our sales department. She wears many hats: yet consistently brings positivity and energy to her team.

With nearly a decade of customer service experience — and as the eldest of seven siblings — Shayla has a natural talent for understanding people’s needs and delivering results. She takes pride in leading teams, building strong client relationships, and finding creative ways to make PTRW’s services shine.

Her mission is simple: create positive experiences and ensure every customer feels valued and cared for.

Outside of work, Shayla is a devoted mom to two beautiful daughters, who are her greatest pride and joy. Loved by her family, friends, and the entire PTRW team, Shayla’s warmth and dedication make her an irreplaceable part of our company.
